Square Meal’s Venues & Events
Square Meal has once again teamed up with Addison Lee, London’s largest passenger car company with a fleet of 2,500 air-conditioned people carriers. We are offering all central London-based visitors and their registered colleagues a FREE car journey to transport them to the show in comfort and style.
Each car can take a minimum of three passengers (and a maximum of six), so make sure you ask your colleagues if they would like to share a journey with you – to register them for Square Meal's Venues & Events 2009, simply click here and complete the form or forward them the link.
To book your free Addison Lee car journey, just follow the simple instructions below:1. Decide what time you would like to book your car for.
Show opening times: Wednesday 23rd Sept 10am - 7pm Thursday 24th Sept 9am - 4pm.
2. Email squaremeal@addisonlee.com to make your booking with our dedicated Addison Lee team.
All passengers must be pre-registered to attend the exhibition.
3. You will receive a text message on the day, when your car has arrived to pick you up.
4. Arrive at Square Meal’s Venues & Events in comfort and style!

Terms & Conditions
1. Addison Lee will transport you to Square Meal's Venues & Events; visitors must make their own return arrangements.
2. No cash alternative.
3. Only valid from central London addresses.
4. To cancel a booking please email squaremeal@addisonlee.com
5. Please arrive promptly for your booking or your vehicle will be re-allocated.
6. Each Addison Lee car will take a minimum of three passengers, and a maximum of six passengers.
7. Offer subject to availability.
