Making the most of Old Billingsgate's riverside terrace, we teamed up with top-end marquee supplier Ten By Fifteen, and visitors enjoyed the last days of the summer in glorious sunshine.

Bitesize Seminars:

Square Meal’s Venues & Events 2011 saw a jam-packed programme of free Bitesize Seminars (see the programme) covering all the hottest industry topics. Square Meal's editorial team distilled the latest venues, hospitality dates and event trends into 30-minute talks, designed specifically to fit in to busy schedules. Each seminar on both days were completely full.

Complimentary Café:

All registered visitors to Square Meal’s Venues & Events exhibition are entitled to a very special free breakfast or lunch at the show. More information on the 2012 Complimentary Café will be coming soon.

Fizz For Events:

The hugely popular 'Fizz For Events' tastings sessions were packed full of top tips on how to add a sparkle to your event without waking up to a financial hangover.

Mixology For Events:

JJ Goodman of the legendary London Cocktail Club hosted the brand new Mixology for Events tastings, showing visitors how to add flair to your event with the latest cocktail trends, and how to choose the right drink for every occasion.

Square Meal Canapé Cup:

The Square Meal Canapé Cup competition returned to Square Meal's Venues & Events for 2011. Judges had the opportunity to taste ten canapés from top caterers in a party environment, before deciding on the eventual winner.
