She has over 15 years’ experience in the events industry, having worked as an event organiser, at a venue and for key industry publishers, Mash Media, Centaur and Square Meal. She most recently worked for Cvent Europe as a Marketing Director, Judy is passionate about all things events, whether she is organising them, marketing them or supplying the industry with tools to execute fantastic events! Ashanti Bentil-Dhue is a speaker, diversity expert and researcher. She is co-founder of Diversity Ally, the first HR, Training & Search partner dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive culture in the global events industry and co-founder of the global network, Black In Events. She also spearheaded the only research in the UK exclusively focused on how organisations can invest in black millennials and generation Z females within the corporate structure. Neil has been in the event industry for over 20 years working initially for the Littlewoods group and then for a med-comms agency until 2005 when he started his own events business - Red White Blue Ltd. Organising mostly pharmaceutical events and working with clients all over the world, Neil then set up The Delegate Wranglers Facebook group in 2014 to help him do his job better by the power of collaboration with the other members. The Delegate Wranglers is now widely considered as THE go to group for the events industry, with current numbers standing at over 16,000 members, growing by around 250 members each week. Neil now travels the UK and Europe, working with venues and suppliers, speaking regularly at industry events and was also named as M&IT Personality of the Year in 2019 after being nominated and awarded this prestigious award by his peers.

Sergeant Claudine Martin is a serving Soldier in the British Army for the past 14 years. She is the winner of PA life 'PA of the Year 2019', shorlisted for 'Rising Star of the Year 2019' with Miss Jones PA and a finalist for 'We are the City' Rising Star Award 2020. She was featured in PA Life Magazine in summer 2019 sharing her experiences as a Soldier and PA. She was also featured in the Jamaica Gleaner newspaper where she gave tips and advice to Lupus sufferers during the COVID lockdown. She was one of the speakers at the PA Show 2020 where she spoke on a panel with celebrity PAs. Claudine joined the Army in 2006 when her son was just a year old and deployed to Iraq 6 months later. She has served with the 1st Battalion Irish Guards in Aldershot, a foot guards Regiment responsible for guarding the Queen. Prior to her assignment at the Ministry of Defence, she worked as the Chief HR Administrator at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst within New College. Claudine also worked as a service steward at the London 2012 Olympics and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championship in 2014/15. In addition to her role as a PA, she was appointed Events Lead for the Chronic conditions and Disabilty in Defence Network in October 2019. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring PA’s to maximise their full potential. She is a keen advocate for the Lupus UK charity and actively does charity runs to raise the awareness about Lupus. She is a mentor for the ILE network, a network aiming to inspire young people from ethnic minority and disadvantaged backgrounds. She also a member of the Jamaica Ex Soldiers Association (JESA).
Louise co-founded #EventWell17, the event industry’s first ever wellbeing week in September 2017, alongside EventWell’s CEO Helen Moon. Having been in the events industry for over 15 years, Warren has previously worked for Davies Tanner, Hever Castle, Merchant Taylors Hall and No.4 Hamilton Place. In December 2017, Warren relocated to Grand Cayman to work for Destination Management Company, Equilibrium Events. However due to the current Covid-19 crisis, the island was shut down and she returned to London in early May. She is now COO at Eventwell.
